Overlays & OBS Setup

Media, Celebration, and Coinks don’t capture an application window — they run a small local web server (bound to 127.0.0.1 only, never reachable off your machine) and render as pages you add to OBS as Browser Sources. That means OBS controls placement, scale, and layering, and the overlay composites with real transparency.

Adding an overlay to OBS

  1. Enable the bot on the MultiBotLabs HUD (Media, Celebration, or Coinks).
  2. In OBS, add a new Browser Source to your scene.
  3. Right-click the bot’s tile on the HUD to find its overlay URL, and paste it into the Browser Source.
  4. Set the Browser Source’s width/height to match your canvas.
  5. For Coinks and Celebration audio to come out of the browser source rather than your desktop audio, check Control audio via OBS on the source.

Each overlay bot is its own Browser Source and its own URL, so a full-screen fireworks show and an anchored gif don’t have to share a canvas — add each one you use separately.
